How it works

From shade to calm inbox

pingbox complements Android’s notification shade. Capture stays on your device; you decide what gets cleared, snoozed, pinned, or tagged.

Four steps

  1. Grant notification access

Android’s system screen turns on the listener. pingbox reads alerts solely to organize them locally — nothing is uploaded.

  2. Sort the inbox

Live feed with search, app and tag filters, grouping, pin, dismiss, and snooze (15m / 1h / morning). Manual tags: Work, Social, Promo, Other.

  3. Automate with rules

IF app / title / body → clear from shade, dismiss everywhere, tag, pin, snooze, or cooldown. Presets and create-rule-from-notification keep setup fast.

  4. Stay in the loop

Home-screen widget shows top curated items, quiet hours auto-snooze overnight, and an optional digest keeps the summary in one place.
